Volunteers must be able to work a minimum of two 4 hour shifts in exchange for a four day pass (hookups for RVs and/or pre-festival camping are not included, just your event pass). We will start replying to applications in May, but generally, we are able to assign everyone/we will update this page if we are simply accepting waitlist applications. Volunteers participate in areas such as the front gate, merch, shuttle driving, trash/recycling pickup, and more!

Vendors are welcome to fill out our form, please note that for MOST vendors there is currently a waitlist. We are currently ONLY seeking craft/product vendors in the following categories: health & wellness, instrument making and other types of woodworking, and fermentation. Our food vendor list is a waitlist. 

Craft Vendors  pay no vending fee, but must make what they sell, and must also participate as a skillshare host in exchange for their booth space (example: a person selling honey from their farm teaches a beekeeping workshop). Food Vendors are a small, curated group, and preference is given to vendors that use farm food and sustainable practices. The booth space fee is $300. Skillshare hosts are typically vendors, but if you would like to apply to teach a skill without having a booth, you are free to do so!
