Want to join the crew or participate as a vendor and/or skillshare host? Fill out the forms below!
Volunteers must be able to work a minimum of two 4 hour shifts in exchange for a four day pass (hookups for RVs and/or pre-festival camping are not included, just your event pass). We will start replying to applications in May, but generally, we are able to assign everyone/we will update this page if we are simply accepting waitlist applications. Volunteers participate in areas such as the front gate, merch, shuttle driving, trash/recycling pickup, and more!
Vendors are welcome to fill out our form, please note that many more vendors apply than we have spots for, returning vendors have priority. We will be contacting all previous year’s vendors in the winter, so please expect to start hearing back from us in the spring, everyone will hear back by the end of May. Vendors must be able to be present on site for the whole four days. Craft Vendors must make what they sell, and typically must also participate as a skillshare host in exchange for their booth space (example: a person selling honey from their farm teaches a beekeeping workshop). Food Vendors are a small, curated group, and preference is given to vendors that use farm food and sustainable practices. The booth space fee is $400. Skillshare hosts are typically vendors, but if you would like to apply to teach a skill without having a booth, you are free to do so! Local farmers are also encouraged to apply to participate in our farm market (no fee)
